- Narrow down to the ideas with the most potential impact and feasibility.

Implementation
After identifying the potential AI solutions, it’s time to bring them to life:
- Decide whether to build in-house, use AI-as-a-Service platforms, or collaborate with AI solution providers.
- Prepare your data: Clean, categorize, and label your data accurately for effective AI model training.
- Train your AI model, test the solution, and optimize based on test results.

Iteration
AI implementation is not a one-off process. It requires continuous refinement:
- Monitor the performance of the AI solution continuously.
- Collect feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Make necessary adjustments, retrain the model, and deploy the updated solution.

Integration
After iterating and optimizing the AI solution, integrate it into your business process:
- Make sure the solution is well-integrated into the workflow.
- Provide training to employees on how to use the new AI solution.
- Supervise a transition period for users to get accustomed to the new system.

Scale
Once the AI solution is successfully integrated:
- Identify other areas of your business where this solution or a modified version could be used.
- Repeat the steps to implement AI solutions in these other areas.
