I am Coach Rob, a retired Air Force veteran with a mechanical engineering degree and an MBA in strategic leadership. I served our country for 25 years and trained 1,000 leaders in that time to lead people, fly airplanes, satellites in peacetime, combat and humanitarian relief.
💪 With over 2,000 flying hours as a combat aviator and certifications in PMP, Six Sigma, Agile Scrum, and Product Owner, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.
💡 In addition to my military and corporate background, I have a passion for helping organizations create and launch innovative products and work effectively as a team. I specialize in helping aspiring and seasoned leaders develop the confidence, trust, and motivation they need to succeed, and is skilled in incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into leadership style. The secret in my approach is that I am able to create a diverse development plan using my diverse background, and technology applications that no other coach is using today.
